Phase one of construction at Cross-Timbers Marina on Keystone Lake is almost finished.
The marina held an open house Saturday in Mannford to allow attendees to meet the staff, take a tour of the docks and let them see what the marina will offer.
Officials broke ground on the marina in March 2012. Officials said last spring that the project is expected the cost about $1.5 million.
Once the marina is complete, it will have 450 boat slips and a restaurant is set to open Memorial Day.
