Man shot, killed near Chinese restaurant

TULSA - Tulsa Police say a man was shot and killed in the 4800 block of North Peoria around 7:30pm Monday.
Police say the victim was a 21-year-old black male employed at H&R Block.
The shooting took place outside a Chinese restaurant in the area.
Police say a gold Chevy Malibu or Impala with a spoiler may have been involved.
Peoria Ave. has been shut down in the area.
