TULSA - A Tulsa man has been booked into the Tulsa County Jail after being treat for wounds he received while setting his duplex on fire and stabbing himself in the neck Sunday, police say.
Firefighters say they arrived on the scene of a fire near Admiral Place and Delaware Avenue and found 40-year-old Mark Paul Prestage bleeding from the neck and saying, "I did it. I set the fire."
Investigators found a gas can in the living room of the home and an ATF dog detected an ignitable liquid in several locations.
Prestage was arrested for first-degree arson and is in the Tulsa County Jail medical unit.
