TULSA - A pickup truck flipped twice while exiting Highway 169 near 81st Street just before 1 a.m. Saturday.
Police say the truck was traveling on the southbound ramp at a high rate of speed when it crashed into a street light and rolled over twice.
The driver was transported to the hospital in fair condition.
There were no passengers.
Investigators say speed was a factor in the wreck.
