TULSA - A man was critically injured late Thursday night when he walked into a Tulsa intersection and into the path of a minivan.

It happened around 11:30 p.m. at 41st and 109th East Avenue.

A witness told police the driver, who wasn't hurt, had a green light.

The pedestrian was transported to the hospital in critical condition after hitting the minivan's windshield.

Police haven't determined why the man walked into traffic.
