TULSA - Police arrested a man early Thursday morning who led officers on a short chase that ended in a crash at a late-night drive-thru.

It started just before 2 a.m. when an officer tried stopping a car near 8th and Lewis.

Police say the driver sped off, eventually trying to get away through the drive-thru lane of a Taco Bell on 11th Street across from TU.

The suspect took off runnin gwhen he hit a customer's car and crashed into a fence.

Police caught 31-year-old Jaxson Hall on the University of Tulsa campus.  He was arrested for eluding police.

Investigators are unsure why Hall ran.
