TULSA - A man arrested early Thursday after a police chase near the University of Tulsa is back in jail.
Police arrested 31-year-old Jaxson Hall around 2 a.m. Thursday after he fled a traffic stop and ended up crashing in a drive-thru parking lot near the university.
Hall bailed out of jail and hours later was arrested again.
Police say Hall was acting suspicious at a towing company and when a detective arrived to investigate a previous break. The detective observed Hall's behavior and when he followed Hall, Hall ran again.
According to the police report, Hall later admitted burglarizing a cellphone store last week. The report says Hall told police he stole money from the safe to pay off a drug dealer.
Hall is in jail on $10,500 bond.
