TULSA - A man police say set fire to his car and an apartment last month is behind bars.

On Oct. 16, witnesses told police a man was acting erratically, banging on a car and breaking out the windows in a neighborhood near 13th and Sheridan.

According to a police report, the man started a fire in the vehicle and the flames spread to a nearby apartment.

Firefighters saved two sleeping women inside the apartment.

When the fire was extinguished, a one-pot meth lab and meth-making supplies were found inside the apartment.

According to the report, the lab was found in a bedroom that was being used by the suspect, 30-year-old Michael Labrier.

Labrier was arrested Tuesday morning for manufacturing a controlled drug, first-degree arson and endangering human life during arson.
