TULSA - A Tulsa man has been arrested, accused of setting fire to an occupied home in June.

Steve Ferguson, 36, was arrested on Friday on charges of 1st degree arson and endangering human life.

Police say Ferguson admitted to purchasing gasoline and starting a fire at a home near I-244 and South Yorktown Avenue.

No residents were injured, but a dog chained up outside the home suffered some minor burns.
