Justin Bieber performs at Tulsa's BOK Center Wednesday

TULSA - The Bieber floodgates have opened.

Fans of Carly Rae Jepsen and Justin Bieber rushed to fill the BOK Center Wednesday evening.

2NEWS Reporter Dan Pearlman tweeted Bieber that he saw him riding a Segway.

The Biebs arrived in Tulsa Tuesday. He was spotted at the Dust Bowl along with his entourage Tuesday night by a member of the KJRH team.

Someone sent us a photo of Justin inside a black SUV.

Bieber's "Believe" tour features special guests Cody Simpson and Carly Ray Jepsen, who's single "Call Me Maybe" was one of 2012's biggest songs.
