TULSA - The jury trial for a former TPS administrator accused of child molestation was scheduled Monday.

A Tulsa County district judge entered a plea of not guilty on Yerton's behalf at an arriagnment. The jury trial is set for June 20, 2011.

The judge also scheduled a motion hearing for February 23 and a discovery trial for April 8.

Yerton is accused of sexually abusing three boys. He is charged with three counts of lewd molestation and two counts of child sexual abuse.
