Jury selection begins in death of good samaritan

TULSA - Jury selection began Monday for a man accused of killing a good samaritan.
Joseph Nevels was arrested in November 2010 after police say he was caught breaking into a home.
When Mark Miller, a neighbor, heard the alarm sound near 46th and Granite, he went to investigate with a gun in hand.
Police say Miller struggled with Nevels, who grabbed Miller's gun, then shot and killed him.
Nevels is now facing charges for first-degree murder, burglary, destroying property and leaving the scene of an accident.
Nevels has pleaded not guilty.
Jury selection began at 9 a.m. at the Tulsa County Courthouse.
