Jenks school bus involved in fender bender eastbound I-44 ramp from northbound Highway 75

TULSA - A Jenks school bus was involved in a traffic accident Monday morning that closed a lane of Interstate 44.
A number of students were onboard at the time of the accident, but none were injured.
The eastbound ramp heading to I-44 from northbound Highway 75 was closed while crews worked the scene.
A Jenks spokesperson on scene says the bus driver was navigating the ramp when the sun blocked his vision, causing him to rear-end a car that then rear-ended a truck.
Neither of the other vehicles' occupants were injured.
The students were transferred to another bus and continued to their destination.
