JENKS, Okla. - A babysitter is awaiting trial after she was arrested in Jenks Monday for driving drunk with two young children in the vehicle.
Police arrested 25-year-old Kendra Muilenburg, of Jenks, Monday afternoon for aggravated DUI and child endangerment.
Muilenburg crashed her vehicle, and claimed someone ran her off the road. According to her arrest report, Muilenburg had "red, watery eyes" and was unable to stand when officers arrived on scene.
A breath test revealed Muilenburg had consumed more than three times the legal limit, registering a .25.
The two children also in the car, 3 and 2, were uninjured.
Muilenburg reportedly told police she was on her way to pre-K to pick up another child she was supposed to babysit when she crashed.
Muilenburg is being held on $26,500 bond.
