TULSA - The Tulsa Police Department announced the arrest of a suspect in connection with the murders of two women in 2006.
Jaqueline Smith was arrested Tuesday afternoon in Louisiana.
Dorothy Lindley and Linda Wright were found stabbed to death inside a midtown Tulsa apartment on January 4, 2006.
On Monday, the Tulsa County District Attorney received two First Degree Murder Warrants naming Hilliard Fulgham as a suspect, and two Accessory to Murder warrants naming Smith, 36, as a suspect.
Fulgham, 44, is incarcerated in the Mississippi State Correctional System.
Smith will be held in the St. Bernard Parish Jail to await extradition to Tulsa.
