BOSTON - Testimony continues Wednesday for the third day for one of James "Whitey" Bulger's former enforcers.
Bulger, 83, is on trial for racketeering and is accused of a long list of crimes, including being a part of 19 murders, one of which left Tulsa businessman Roger Wheeler dead.

On May 27, 1981, Wheeler was shot execution style while sitting in his car in the parking lot of the Southern Hills Country Club. He was 55 years old and the father of five.
James Martorano, a former enforcer for Bulger, admitted on the stand Tuesday he carried out the hit on Wheeler.

Martorano faced more tough cross examination Wednesday from Bulger's attorneys over varying stories he's told over the years about the killings he says Bulger ordered.

Bulger's lawyer pointed out inconsistencies between the story Martorano told investigators in the late 1990s about an accomplice who was allegedly with him during a hit.
Martorano acknowledged he originally told investigators Bulger's partner, Stephen "The Rifleman" Flemmi was sitting next to him in the car, but Flemmi was actually hiding in Montreal at the time.
When he first took the stand, Martorano said it was the first time he'd seen Bulger since 1982.
The trial is expected to last four to six months.
