TULSA - A mid-morning armed robbery ended in a suspect's death Thursday after his partner shot him before driving away, Tulsa police say.
Police arrested Elbert Hendrickson -- a member of the Irish Mob Gang who goes by the name "Jackie D," according to Tulsa police Sgt. Dave Walker -- Thursday afternoon, saying he and another man were in the process of a robbery around 8 a.m. near the Georgetown Inn off Interstate 44 and East 27th Street South when an altercation broke out with the intended victim.
Hendrickson then shot the other suspect, according to Walker. Cellphone video captured by KMOD showed a man fire what sounds like a shot before running behind a building off screen.
