TULSA - A hearing is scheduled Wednesday for two men accused in the murder of a Tulsa businessman.
Mohammed Aziz and Alonzo Johnson are charged with conspiracy and first-degree murder.
Aziz is also facing an additional charge for soliciting first-degree murder.
Prosecutors say both men are involved in a murder-for-hire plot to kill Neal Sweeney after the businessman cut off the gas supply to Aziz's convenience store.
Sweeney was found shot to death in his office in September 2008.
A total of five men were implicated in the murder, including Aziz, Johnson, Terrico Bethel and brothers Fred and Allen Shields.
Allen Shields committed suicide in April 2011 after a standoff with police while Shields held his ex-girlfriend and her child hostage.
A motions hearing for both Aziz and Johnson is scheduled for 9 a.m. at the Tulsa County Courthouse.
The jury trial for Aziz and Johnson is scheduled to begin Monday, Feb. 13.
