TULSA -- A 21-year-old woman accused of pushing her husband to his death from the couple's high-rise apartment rejected a plea deal Friday.

Amber Hilberling appeared before a judge and refused to plea "no contest" in exchange for a 5-year prison sentence.

Court records indicate her jury trial is scheduled to begin Monday.

Hilberling is charged in the death of her husband, Joshua Hilberling, who fell 17 stories to his death in June 2011.

Prosecutors claim that Hilberling pushed her husband; she argues that he fell and that the building had dangerously thin windows.

Her bond was revoked in December 2011 for curfew violations. She was freed a second time -- but her bond was again revoked in January after she tested positive for the active ingredient in marijuana.
