GLENPOOL, Okla. - A Glenpool woman accused of pepper spraying a car full of people, including a 1-year-old and 6-month-old child, has been arrested for assault with a dangerous weapon.
Amber Baker, 23, was arrested Sunday after a Glenpool officer was shown a cell phone video depicting the event.
Police say Baker approached a woman, her sister, her fiance and two infants getting into a vehicle about an earlier incident.
"Which one of you sprayed my daughter?" Baker said, according to the booking report.
Baker then "threw a bottle of water at the vehicle and began swinging" and discharged pepper spray into both the passenger and driver side of the vehicle.
Officers at the scene determined both infants to have been affected. "Both infants were crying and had mucus running from their nose," the report reads.
Police say Baker, who fled after the incident, was quickly arrested and admitted to the crime after seeing the video.
