A former Glenpool High School football standout was arrested Thursday on his second drug-related offense.
Isaac Theophelus Maselera was arrested on a misdemeanor complaint of driving under the influence of drugs when an officer stopped him in his vehicle in Tulsa.
The officer saw the vehicle sit through three cycles of the traffic signal. Maselera was found in the driver seat, passed out with his foot on the brake, according to the arrest report. The vehicle was still in drive.
Maselera admitted to taking a Xanax five hours prior to the stop, as well as smoking marijuana at the same time.
His bond was set at $750. He was booked at the Tulsa County Jail.
Maselera was also arrested and charged with possession of paraphernalia in June of 2012 in Stillwater.
Maselera was a safety at Glenpool High School and part of the 2011 recruiting class for Oklahoma State University.
