TULSA - People who know accused peeping Tom Kenneth Enlow tell 2NEWS the 52-year-old has a history of unusual behavior, especially when alcohol is involved.
Enlow's longtime friend Darrell Reid says he, Enlow and three other friends went to White Water Park near Keystone Lake Sunday.
But when it came time to leave, Reid claims they couldn't find Enlow. Hours later, Reid and the others learned the reason why.
"(Enlow) gets completely out of it," said Reid. "He's a big boy, but he gets uncontrollable."
Police found Enlow at the bottom of a toilet in the women's restroom after a woman and her 7-year-old daughter spotted movement in the outhouse septic tank.

He told police his girlfriend hit him over the head with a tire iron and dumped him in the tank. Enlow was taken to OSU Medical Center but doctors didn't find any related injuries, according to his police report.
That didn't surprise Reid, who claims Enlow's girlfriend died last year.
"I was hoping he would pass that stage because it's been a long time since he's been in trouble," Reid said. "... I didn't expect it but I knew it could happen."
Enlow, twice convicted of public intoxication, was booked into the Tulsa County Jail on peeping Tom charges.
