A former warden's wife accused of helping an inmate escape wants the charges against her dropped.
Greer County prosecutors say Bobbi Parker developed a relationship with Randolph Dial and helped him escape prison 16 years ago.
Parker claims evidence showing she is innocent is being withheld or has been destroyed.
She claims she was kidnapped by Dial, and has asked the judge to dismiss the case.
Parker's trial is set for September 20th.
