TULSA - Mrs. Ann Bartlett, former first lady of Oklahoma and mother of Mayor Dewey F. Bartlett Jr., passed away on Saturday, city officials say.
Bartlett was the widow of Oklahoma Governor Dewey F. Bartlett Sr.
"My family just lost the best mother we could have ever hoped to have. She was a woman of incredible grace. Our family was with her when she passed from this life, and she was at peace," Mayor Bartlett said.
