Former HOW foundation executive director sentenced

A federal judge sentenced the former executive director of Tulsa's HOW foundation to 15 months in prison.
Wesley McGuiness was charged with defrauding the foundation more than $1 million. Records state he withdrew $1.3 million from the foundation's accounts between 2003 and 2010.
McGuinness is ordered to repay more than $1.5 million in restitution and must turn himself in by January 8.
