TULSA, Okla. - A former daycare worker accused of breaking the leg of an eight-month old boy appeared in court Monday morning.

The incident happened at Kirk of the Hills Preschool.

Meredith Howard's preliminary hearing was held today.

Howard has been bound over for trial in that case and will be formally arraigned on April 4th.
