TULSA - Just before 6 a.m. Sunday morning officers responded to a call about a body in the street near E. 41st St. and S. 129th E. Ave.
The victim was dead at the scene and has been identified as 19 year old Cheresa Lynn Jackson of Tulsa.
She was walking east in the west bound lane when she was struck by a west bound vehicle.
She got caught under the vehicle and dragged before the driver manipulated the car causing her to be dislodged.
The driver then continued westbound. There are no vehicle descriptions.
