SAPULPA, Okla. - Authorities are on the scene of a double fatality crash on the Turner Turnpike near Sapulpa.
Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers responded to the scene of the four-vehicle collision just before 4 p.m. Saturday.
Oklahoma Highway Patrol spokesman Lt. George Brown said a wrong-way driver struck a vehicle head-on, westbound in the eastbound traffic lane.
Brown said there are reports of multiple injuries.
The turnpike was reopened around 5:30 p.m.
The names of the victims have not been released.
