TULSA - A man was jailed overnight after leading police on a chase through Tulsa.

Police say it started around 12:30 a.m .near 51st and Lewis.

An officer spotted a stolen vehicle and when he attempted a traffic stop the driver sped off.

The pursuit took officers along I-44, Highway 75 and the Keystone Expressway before ending just north of the highway on North Rosedale.

Police used their helicopter and canine units to help track the suspect, who was eventually found hiding between two houses.

He was arrested on a number of charges.

The suspect's identity has not been released.
