TULSA - Investigators believe a blaze in northwest Tulsa was likely accidental.

Crews were wrapping up at another call nearby when they received word about a fire near Admiral and Rosedale.

One person was transported to a nearby hospital in fair condition.  Firefighters also rescued a dog from the burning structure.

Investigators on the scene tell 2NEWS the fire began with an extension cord.

This comes after an early morning fire just a short distance away near 1400 W. Admiral claimed the life of a 15-month-old baby.  Investigators are still working to determine a cause for that fire.

The second fire of the day was near 800 N. Union Pl.  While the structure was heavily damaged, no one was home at the time and no injuries were reported.
