TULSA - The Tulsa city council on Thursday rejected a permit for the Occupy Tulsa protesters to use the H.A. Chapman Green past curfew.
Occupy organizers appealed last week's rejection for a permit from the parks department.
Protesters continue to remain downtown past curfew but have stayed on the public sidewalk in order to not violate the law.
