TULSA - A judge is expected to decide Friday if enough evidence exists for another Tulsa County clerk election.

Votes from the Aug. 28 election between Pat Key and Dean Martin were recounted last week at Martin's request.

The unofficial results show Key is still the winner.

Election board officials say she gained one vote and Martin lost one in the recount, bringing the difference to 184 votes.

Both candidates are due in court Friday morning for a hearing about irregular ballots.

A judge will then decide whether these results will stand or a new election will be held.
