TULSA - Changes are coming to school lunches at Tulsa Public Schools.
Child nutrition standards now require each student must have at least one fruit or vegetable as part of their lunch.
TPS officials say as a result the district will stop offering a salad bar due to cost constraints.
Officials are also reducing the number of entrees at the elementary level to three, serving two hot entrees and a cold sandwich or salad daily.
