TULSA, Okla - Wednesday afternoon, police arrested and charged two more men in connection to the murder of Tulsa businessman Neal Sweeney.

The two men being charged are Alonzo Johnson and Mohammed Aziz.

Authorities say they are being charged with conspiracy to commit murder.

Sweeney was shot on September 4th, 2008 at Retail Fuels Marketing. He died the next day.

Fred Shields and a John Doe have also been named as conspirators in the case.

Wednesday there was a motion to suppress the statement and discovery hearing in the case of Terrico Bethel.

He has pleaded not guilty to killing Sweeney. Bethel's trial is scheduled to begin in May.
