TULSA- OSU-Tulsa is trying to change its image and increase enrollment in the next five years.
It's all a part of its 2015 strategic plan.

The university wants to add more degrees and double its enrollment.
But you'll also see some more orange on campus.

"I like the feel of it, I like how it's smaller, the landscaping is really pretty, I like the size of it," said Christen Foster, a graduate student at OSU-Tulsa.

"This is more of a campus I consider for older students. Working with families and stuff, so it doesn't have the same atmosphere as OSU-Stillwater might have," Foster said.

She thinks the campus could undergo some changes.
"Looking around, there's some orange flags, but they're really small on the light poles. Maybe if they had them on the street, coming through the campus, lining the streets with the signs, that would be nice."

Those changes are headed to campus.
"We think it's a very lovely campus, but it isn't OSU. And so we're going to do some things, incorporate some OSU icons into places on campus, we call it a little bit of oranging up," said Howard Barnett, the president of OSU-Tulsa.

Barnett says enrollment has been flat the last few years, and the school has been losing money.
"We have very limited scholarship money here at OSU-Tulsa, so we rely almost entirely on tuition fees, and the state allocation we that we get," he said.

As a part of the 2015 strategic plan, the school hopes to increase enrollment to 4,000 students. More students means it will need to hire more faculty, like Professor Al Carlozzi. He says they need to do more to compete.
"A degree from OSU-Tulsa is an OSU degree. And its important that everybody know, that if you get a degree on this campus here in Tulsa, you're getting an Oklahoma State University degree," Carlozzi said.

President Barnett says the plan should not cost much money if they have more students enrolling at the college.
