TULSA - A carnival worker was early Friday morning for violating the Carnival Games Act at the Tulsa State Fair two years ago.
An arrest warrant was issued in 2010 for Raymond Gruner, who allegedly failed to post rules of balloon games.
Gruner, an employee of Reed Expo out of Baytown, Texas, was arrested Thursday on the opening night of the 2012 fair.
Gruner was booked into the Tulsa County Jail where he's being held on a $300 bond.
