TULSA - Two men charged with the Jan. 7 quadruple homicide at Fairmont Terrace appeared in court via video conference Friday morning.

Brothers James and Cedric Poore are each charged with four counts of first-degree murder and two counts of robbery with a firearm.  Cedric Poore is facing an additional charge for possession of a firearm after a felony conviction.

James Poore entered a not guilty plea Friday during his arraignment while Cedric Poore did not enter a plea.

Police say the Poores tied up, robbed and killed four women -- Misty Nunley, Julie Jackson and twins Rebekiah Powell and Kayetie Melchor -- at the south Tulsa apartment complex.

The brothers will remain in jail until their trials after bond was denied Friday for the murder charges, though the judge gave $100,000 bonds for each of the additional counts.

Both men have been appointed public defenders.

Cedric Poore is due back in court March 1 for his arraignment. James Poore is due back April 2 for a preliminary hearing.
