BROKEN ARROW, Okla. - A Broken Arrow man accused of kidnapping his wife has been arrested.
Jason Lynch was taken into custody around 10 a.m. Tuesday after a tip led Wagoner County deputies to a nearby neighborhood park. Deputies managed to arrest the man without incident, according to Maj. Gary Handley with the Wagoner County Sheriff's Office.
Authorities say Lynch dropped his wife, Mara Lynch, back off at home early Tuesday.
Deputies were first alerted to the suspected kidnapping after the sheriff's office received a 911 hang up around 6:20 a.m. Monday. When deputies arrived to the home where the call originated, both Jason and Mara Lynch were missing from the home, leading Wagoner County authorities to believe Mara had been taken against her will.
