BROKEN ARROW, Okla. - A Coweta man arrested in November in connection with a fatal hit-and-run in Broken Arrow pleaded no contest Tuesday.
Christopher Lee Lange, 24, was driving his vehicle on Washington Street near Dogwood Avenue when he struck and killed 43-year-old Robert Pitcher. He then fled the scene.
Lange, who was charged with leaving the scene of a fatality collision and negligent homicide with a motor vehicle, is slated to serve five years in prison and a year in the Tulsa County jail.
