A Silver Alert issued for a Broken Arrow resident has been canceled.
Broken Arrow Police Department made the alert of 86-year-old Robert Tapp’s disappearance just after 1:30 p.m. Sunday. At about 4:20 p.m. BAPD reported that he had been found and "returned safely to his family."
Robert Tapp, 86, was first reported missing at 3 that morning.
Broken Arrow police said Tapp is a black male and is driving a silver 2001 four-door Toyota Solara with an Oklahoma license plate 578BNU.
