BROKEN ARROW, Okla. - The Taste of Summer festival in Broken Arrow offers free ice cream and tons of entertainment.
The festival kicks off at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Central Park on Main Street in Broken Arrow and runs until 5 p.m.
Blue Bell is providing free all-you-can-eat ice cream. There will also be live entertainment, kids crafts, a hamster ball run, food trucks and a mascot parade.
The event is $5 for ages 5 and over, 4 and under are free. The Taste of Summer festival is an annual tradition presented by Blue Bell Ice Cream and the Broken Arrow Chamber of Commerce.
"Taste of Summer draws around 15,000 people to Broken Arrow and we feel it is a great way to celebrate summer," April Sailsbury, senior vice president of the BA Chamber, said.
