BROKEN ARROW, Okla. - One of Tulsa's Most Wanted was arrested by Broken Arrow police Monday afternoon.
Vincent Ray Carter, 19, was located in the 2100 block of West Houston Street and taken into custody.
Carter faces charges out of Tulsa County for escape, possession of a controlled drug and possession of a controlled drug with intent with 1,000 feet of a school.
Police say Carter also faces two counts of knowingly concealing stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia.
