Broken Arrow homeowner fires at burglary suspects

BROKEN ARROW, Okla. - A Broken Arrow homeowner took aim at two men who broke into his home early Tuesday.

Officers responded around 6:20 a.m. to the home in the 1500 block of West Nashville Street in reference to a burglary.

Police say the homeowner said two men force their way into his home through the front door.

The homeowner fired at the suspects and at least one of the suspects returned fire.

Police say the homeowner wasn't injured.  It isn't known if either of the suspects were hit.

Police say the suspects fled in a vehicle in an unknown direction.
