BROKEN ARROW, Okla. - Broken Arrow is delaying the review of engineering plans at the proposed casino site.
The city received an application for plan examination and building permit for the property from developer FoxCor, Inc.
Officials say they won't review the plans because of several outstanding factors, such as submission of a utility easement and approval of the tribes lease and ability to game at the location.
FoxCor also submitted a set of plans for water meters, lines and hydrants.
