TULSA - A security guard on his way home from work spotted the 51-year-old man lying in a north Tulsa street.
The body was discovered around 11:45 p.m. Monday on Apache Street just west of Peoria Avenue.
The initial indication by the medical examiner made just after 2 a.m. Tuesday is that there was no foul play though the man had a broken nose and several broken ribs.
Police later told 2NEWS the victim was known to have mental health challenges and lived just blocks away.
The man's name hasn't yet been released.
