BIXBY, Okla. - Carmichael’s Country Pumpkin Patch in Bixby opened this morning.
The patch has been in business for 37 years.
Due to some confusion with the recent closure of another local farm -- the owner wants everyone to know the farm is open and not shutting down any time soon.
"Looks like we'll have plenty of pumpkins available and lots for the kids to do, and it's shaping up to be a real good season," owner Don Carmichael said.
Along with pumpkins, visitors can enjoy hay rides, pony and carnival rides, a petting farm and corn maze.
The pumpkin patch is open from Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sundays.
Carmichael’s County Pumpkin Patch is located off of 171st Street near Mingo.
