TULSA - Tulsa police say they've arrested a suspect for a convenience store robbery last week.
Billy Butler is in the Tulsa County Jail on $230,000 bond, facing charges for armed robbery, assault and firearm possession after a prior felony conviction.
Last Wednesday, police say a man entered a 15th and Harvard Fiesta Mart around 5 a.m. He bought a drink, approached the counter and produced a gun.

According to the police report, the employee ran from the store when the suspect showed his gun. The employee looked back and saw the suspect fire at the employee, who was not injured.
Police say the suspect took four cartons of cigarettes and cash before fleeing the scene.
Days later, the same suspect robbed Church's Chicken at 2555 E. Pine Street, according to the police report.
On July 24, a warrant was served at a north Tulsa home where detectives made contact with Butler and several other occupants. Police say the other occupants identified Butler as the suspect in the robberies and evidence was recovered from the home.
According to the police report, Butler was read his rights and signed a waiver, agreeing to give a statement, though the information was redacted.
