WAGONER COUNTY, Okla. - Highway patrol troopers say alcohol was the cause of a Wagoner County accident just after midnight on Sunday.
Troopers say a pickup truck driven by Justin Lee Parchman, 28, swerved to avoid a tree in the road, left the roadway and struck another tree.
Parchman was admitted to a local hospital in stable condition.
A 28-year-old passenger was treated for injuries and released.
