BROKEN ARROW, Okla. - Broken Arrow city councilors will meet Tuesday to discuss the controversial Red Clay Casino.

Councilors will look at if they can legally deny utilities to the Kialegee Tribal Town's gaming facility.

Construction is under way at the proposed site at 111th and South 129th.

On Tuesday, councilors will discuss two sections of a water and sewage disposal requirements ordinance and decide if the have the authority to take action.

The Kialegee Tribe has until Friday to prove to the Bureau of Indian Affairs that they do not need a lease for the land.
