TULSA - The feature film August: Osage County is looking for people who can serve as stand-ins, photo and driving doubles for its main cast.
Casting directors are searching for two positions for Meryl Streep and Julia Roberts, which will require an eight week, five days per week commitment and additional positions that will require commitment regularly.
According to Freihofer Casting, stand-ins will stand in place of the actor when the cameras are not rolling. They will also be used as a focal point to help the director position lights and cameras.
The positions for the two main actors require a match of height and skin tone, and approximate wardrobe measurements.
To apply to be a stand-in for one the cast members, follow the submission instructions located below. All applicants must be over the age of 18.
If you have a talent agent, please notify your agent of your interest in this project. If you do not have an agent:
-Email a recent photo or headshot plus all contact information to the casting office.
-YOU MUST INCLUDE EMAIL ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER AND MAILING ADDRESS!
-Please list all availability for this film, Monday-Saturday. Also, list any conflict dates.
-Please list height, weight and measurements. Men can list coat and pant sizes. Women need to list bust/waist/hips.
-Place the words AOC DOUBLES - (Name of Actor/Actress) as the Subject Heading of your email. No other subject headings please. (Example: AOC DOUBLES: - Julia Roberts)

Casting directors will not except phone calls. People who are chosen to be a part of the cast are paid $147 a day plus overtime.
Some positions will begin work as early as Saturday September 8.
Based on a Pulitzer Prize-winning play written by Oklahoma's own Tracy Letts and directed by John Wells, the movie is about the Weston family which comes together when their alcoholic patriarch goes missing.
Filming will take place in Bartlesville.
